Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Executive Personal Concierge Pty Ltd is a boutique, client-focused organisation dedicated to providing exceptional personal and executive support.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help us manage and grow our business while upholding our mission: to serve our clients at the highest level, no matter how menial the task.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Directors to oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure our high standards of service are consistently met.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Camberwell, with a strong hands-on focus.
You will be actively involved in both administrative work and providing face-to-face support to our client base, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Directors in business operations and strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the overseeing and mentoring of the concierge team
  • Provide direct, face-to-face support to clients as well as working in the office
  • Be hands-on with all administrative tasks, including scheduling, workflow, and task management
  • Assist with client onboarding, communications, and service delivery
  • Assist with preparing reports and business correspondence
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, or a leadership role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with reporting or process improvement (desirable)
  • Full driver’s license and relevant clearances (e.g., police check, Working with Children Card) required
