Executive Personal Concierge is a growing Melbourne business providing personalised concierge, administration and lifestyle support to seniors, families, busy professionals and businesses.
We are looking for a capable, confident and proactive person to work closely with our Directors and become an important part of our business.
We are looking for someone who can learn how our business operates, help coordinate our clients and team, improve our systems and gradually take greater responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office.
For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to grow into an Office Manager / Business Operations role.
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting our Directors and helping coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business.
You’ll be involved in client coordination, staff scheduling, administration, follow-ups, office systems and general business support, while gradually learning how the wider business operates.
For the right person, the role has genuine scope to grow as the business grows, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility across **Office Management and Business Operations**.
A full, current Australian Driver Licence is essential, as you will occasionally need to undertake local client errands, collections and deliveries.
Applicants must also have the right to work in Australia.
We’re looking for someone who sees something that needs doing and thinks:
Someone who wants to become our go-to person, knows what’s happening across the office, keeps things moving and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you are looking for a role where you can take ownership, make a difference and grow with the business, we’d love to hear from you.
